This Shipping Policy outlines how Genetic Research processes, dispatches, and delivers customer orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Processing Time
(UK) Items are shipped Next Day via DHL and fully tracked. If orders are placed before 2pm, orders should be delivered the next. We do not ship over the weekend and during holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We use reliable national and international couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs inspections, or adverse weather conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected delivery method. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Genetic Research is not liable for losses or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. International Shipping
We ship globally to most countries, subject to local import regulations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import requirements. Orders that are rejected or returned due to customs restrictions will not be refunded for shipping costs.
